SOCIAL MARKETING DASHBOARD
When users enter Social Marketing they will land on the Social Marketing dashboard. From here, users can see an overview of account activity, compose a post, or connect an additional account. Users can also view Scheduled Posts, Top Posts, or Customer Posts for further details about the items on the dashboard. This will take them to the respective sections within the Social Marketing product.
This tab is a great way to understand exactly what needs your attention in the product.

This is the Social Marketing composer, filled with everything you need to make amazing posts. Select which networks you’d like to post to, and begin drafting your post.
Choose to add emojis, links, or a post from your connected RSS feed.
Make the post more engaging by adding media! Upload your own images, or choose from our free image library for both still images and GIFs.
Last step? Choose to schedule the post for a later date or post immediately.
MY POSTS: RECENT & UPCOMING
Within the My Posts tab you are able to access your recent, scheduled, and drafted posts. You can also choose to view them in calendar mode. These tabs give you a great understanding of what has recently gone out to your social networks and what is coming next.
SEE WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING
Engage with the community through Customer Posts! The Customer Posts tab is where you’ll find any comments or posts that followers have made on your connected social networks. You can choose to either dismiss the comment or respond to it. Only looking for Facebook comments? Easily filter through networks or by date through a filter panel.
DISCOVER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
Find customers with the leads tab! Search for leads on Twitter by creating targeted lead searches. This searches are extra qualified because Twitter only searches from within a 25 mile radius. So you don’t have to worry about getting a lead in a different city or area! Select keywords or phrases to include in your search. Once you find a qualified lead, easily respond through the product.
FIND RELEVANT CONTENT TO PUBLISH

Building Fans is easy with the content tab! Easily find content your followers will love and instantly share it to them. Within this tab you can either input your own RSS feed or search through a list of industry specific feeds.
KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOUR POSTS ARE PERFORMING
Do you have a hard time accurately tracking and understanding how your posts are doing on social?
Posting to social doesn’t mean anything if you can’t properly track how your posts are performing. Within the insights tab you’ll be able to do just that! Click to see an overview of followers, specific post performance on all your connected networks, and to see how your links have been performing.
